  • Not as effective as it used to be

    By RyderVan
Spam texts have increased dramatically in the past month for me and I’ve had to uninstall and reinstall the app three times in the past week as the database wasn’t updating. Looking for alternatives now.
  • Disappointed

    By Tabitha@nn
I have had this app for over a year and use to love it. Now calls come through all the time. I tried reaching out for assistance and was given hoops to jump just to submit an issue. Even trying to submit an issue is an obstacle now. I do not see renewal of this app with all these issues now.
  • Used to work

    By CakeBetch
When I downloaded a year ago it seemed to work great. For last 2-3 months though I’m literally getting spam calls on an hourly basis and spam texts at least once a day. Not sure what changed but I’m not paying $20 to be silencing spam calls every hour
  • WHERE are the voicemails?

    By BigSmilerX
I dropped ROBOKILLER because it hyjacked my phone’s voicemail, which Nomorobo also does. ROBOKILLER also captured calls from people in my contact list and sometimes gave them the insulting messages which I couldn’t turn off. BUT I still need to see the voicemails from everyone and Nomorobo SAYS I have some but I find no way to access them. Where are they???
  • wasting time

    By Mesmithie
I subscribed to this app this morning. I have since gotten eight spam calls and it only blocked one. Apparently I am supposed to type all these in and let them know that it’s spam instead of them letting me know it’s spam and blocking it. They have only blocked one. the app is supposed to update every 15 minutes, but it has not updated in a while. This is just too much work for me, I might as well deal with the spam calls.
  • Poor performance

    By rfeng4fun
Been using this app for about a year now and Performance has been very poor. proactively flagged bad calls only about 1% of the time. I provided most of the screening input to them by manually entering in spam calls that slip through and I manually identified to the service. It took hours and sometimes even a day for it to flag spam Robo call numbers in my call list, but most of the time it did nothing I was the one doing the discovering and reporting back to them I selected this app because this is what I had experience with, and was pleased on my home, telephone service, but the iOS mobile version at least is like doesn’t work, plain and simple in identifying bad calls, the app functions without any technical difficulties. It’s just Robo and spam calls. Just don’t get detected. Time to let the subscription just expire.
  • Still getting spam calls

    By metscarter868
I paid for the year and still get spam calls. I leave the app open, like it suggests, report numbers, like it suggests, etc it still hasn’t stopped calls. I’ve had too many times where I go to report a number and it says it’s already been reported. I have it set that sp calls go to voicemail, it never works, instead my phone rings and it just says that the number is recognized by the app, but it doesn’t stop the call. Waste of money.
  • Not for me

    By xjfswyi
I was getting 13 spam calls a day. I down loaded Nomorobo and I still got 11 a day. So I’m getting rid of it. The top or was you have to report spam calls to them, I have no problem doing that, but then I would get a call from the same spend number and they wouldn’t even show it was spam after that.
  • Crap

Got a spam call very shortly after installing app
  • Probably selling your number.

    By Gwenddolaw
I would get spam calls all the time, even after downloading the app, but I still stuck with it for half a year. It wasn’t until I started getting rapid calls from a spoofed number in which decided to change my phone number and start fresh. After I submitted my number to the nomorobo data base I got scam texts less than 24 hours later and several scam calls less than a week later. DO NOT BUY OR DOWNLOAD!
