    This app was basically useless for my phone. It’s not intuitive and every time I tried to cancel it would revert me to an upgrade page. I literally had to call them and sit on hold for an hour to cancel it and even then they tried to upsell me even more. Absolutely ridiculous.

    Customer service does not have the knowledge to address customer concerns. I had a subscription for nearly 3 weeks and never received the correct information to use on my I-phone. I researched all plans, picked my plan, called and subscribed, and was immediately overcharged. Immediately called CS was told overcharged amount was being refunded and I was recharged. The ‘refund’ was charged as a purchase again. I spent hours speaking to a foreign land and was actually charged again. Weeks went by with me calling almost daily. Unfortunately each time I spoke to someone in India, hard for them to resolve problem because they have no authority to follow through. For me, extremely tough to understand most of their dialect. I was finally allowed to email with a gentleman in US. I had all my concerns fully documented. I received 1 of the overchareges and finally gave up the last $40.00 owed out of frustration. Worst experience I've had ever.

    I’m not able to cancel my account or subscription. They keep trying to charge my card and after repeated requests they won’t close my account

    The app is more often than not found to be inactive, whenever I open it to check the status. TotalAV could never explain why so I cancelled after 1 year. Now chasing them for a $14.99 (monthly) refund, charged to my account 1 day before the contract expired.

    This product is just awful. It is dead end after dead end. In the help section, no matter what you ask it sends you the same automated response. I wasted my money and cannot even contact someone to assist. There is no avenue to get a refund. Honestly, Apple should not sell this app in its app store!!!!!!!

    I joined total av maybe about a year ago. I decide within that time that I didn’t want the service anymore. I called to cancel. The person in the phone said it was canceled. I was then charged again. I called to cancel again and I thought it was finally taken care of. I was wrong. I saw a charge on my card again. I went back in my history to see if I was charged before and didn’t notice I was. I was charged $6.99 each month for 4 months. I called today and they told me they could only give me back the charge for today even tho they’ve continued to charge me after I’ve called to cancel multiple times! Do not use this company. I now have to try and go through an email to get my money back! I REPEAT DO NOT PURCHASE A SERVICE FROM THEM THEY WILL CONTINUE TO CHARGE YOU!
