Description

Pokémon GO has now introduced social and trading features that allow Trainers to connect with each other by adding friends, sending Gifts, and participating in a new Friendship level system that unlocks bonuses. Trainers can now trade Pokémon with other Trainers nearby, earning a Candy Bonus for the Pokémon received. Join Trainers across the globe who are discovering Pokémon as they explore the world around them. Pokémon GO is the global gaming sensation that has been downloaded over 800 million times and named "Best Mobile Game" by The Game Developers Choice Awards and "Best App of the Year" by TechCrunch. Venusaur, Charizard, Blastoise, Pikachu, and many other Pokémon have been discovered! Pokémon are out there, and you need to find them. As you walk around a neighborhood, your smartphone will vibrate when there’s a Pokémon nearby. Take aim and throw a Poké Ball… You’ll have to stay alert, or it might get away! Search far and wide for Pokémon and items Certain Pokémon appear near their native environment—look for Water-type Pokémon by lakes and oceans. Visit PokéStops and Gyms—found at interesting places like museums, art installations, historical markers, and monuments—to stock up on Poké Balls and helpful items. Catching, hatching, evolving, and more As you level up, you’ll be able to catch more-powerful Pokémon to complete your Pokédex. You can add to your collection by hatching Pokémon Eggs based on the distances you walk. Help your Pokémon evolve by catching many of the same kind. Choose a Buddy Pokémon to walk with and earn Candy that will help you make your Pokémon stronger. Compete in epic Gym battles You’ll join one of three teams and battle for the ownership of Gyms with your Pokémon at your side. As your Charmander evolves to Charmeleon and then Charizard, you can battle together to defeat a Gym and assign your Pokémon to defend it against all comers. Team up to defeat powerful Raid Bosses A Raid Battle is a cooperative gameplay experience that encourages you to work with up to 20 other Trainers to defeat an extremely powerful Pokémon known as the Raid Boss. If you succeed in defeating it in battle, you’ll have the chance to catch an extra powerful Pokémon of your own! It’s time to get moving—your real-life adventures await! There should really be a limit on how long a person can be at a specific gym. There’s 4 gyms near my house but they are ALWAYS occupied by the same blue trainers. LITERALLY SAME EXACT PEOPLE EVERY SINGLE DAY. The other colors try to occupy it sometimes but it gets immediately taken down by the usual blue trainers. This is really unfair!!! ALSO MY BLISSEY?!??? I literally used every rare candy I’ve ever gotten from raid battles on my blissey!!!! MY 2950 BLISSEY DROPPED TO 2400??? What the heck is this?!?

I would multi transfer my Pokémon to the professor and get the candies but after this latest update I no longer receive the candies. I have transferred 30+ Pokémon and not 1 candy given but I get the candies when I transfer 1 at a time which when you have 30+ Pokémon it becomes VERY time consuming. Plus I am not liking the game when it crashes and the worst time ever. Please fix.

  • Hatching Pokémon not at full health

I’m hatching Pokémon at 2/3 of their full health bar. I’m not sure what is going on, but I’ll change my review after the next update. Just putting a 1 star rating so this hopefully gets read and the issue resolved. Update: now Pokemon are hatching at 1/2 health. I’m very confused what is going on. Please fix this. Also, the app keeps closing out randomly which is annoying. Also, when left running in background, it keeps requesting that I turn bluetooth on. If I needed bluetooth on, I would turn it on myself.

I HIGHLY recommend getting this app again if your getting new Pokémon games on switch because you can transfer these Pokémon to your game which is very useful!

Each time I exit the app it keeps telling me to turn on Bluetooth for accessories. I don’t have any accessories for this game. It’s pretty annoying when that message pop ups constantly like that. If I ever do get accessories for this game, then I would probably know to turn on the Bluetooth...please fix this. I don’t need a message each time I exit the game.

This app crashes at the loading screen. Can’t even run it anymore. Tried deleting it, hard resetting, reinstalling, disabling the Apple Watch app, etc. Nothing fixes this. Bad version.
