  • The Best “Personal Trainer” Ever!

    I absolutely love this app!! As a woman, I enjoy lifting weight, but could never come up with what exercises to do. This app, I was skeptical at first, but man! It challenged me to do exercises I myself would have never done. I’ve had a personal trainer, but this workout app? The best personal trainer I could ever ask for! I am currently doing the “Athlete Body” workout program and I’m already seeing muscle definition and feeling a lot stronger than I used to. I plan on doing every single workout program on this app and then repeat. Thank you for making this app!
