  • Did this app get sold?? It’s terrible now

They changed the platform so you basically have to pay for EVERYTHING, even if you want to see where your period is past the next 2. It bombards you with ads the second you click on it and you can’t even maneuver around without it forcing you to see them (meaning they force you to click to the next screen and then opt out of not paying instead of bringing you directly to YOUR medical information). Honestly it’s pretty disgusting and I’m now looking for a new app. Y’all should be ashamed for real

  • A moving target

I’m not exaggerating when I say this, but my period and ovulation dates change from what the prediction is every single month and I’ve been using Flo for over a year on a daily basis. Trying to figure out when my period is late or plan sex around my ovulation date only for the app to update and move my date back to a day that’s passed or my period up another day becomes a guessing game each month, which makes getting pregnant even more difficult. It also teases you with tidbits of information, articles, or concerned chat bots that all lead you to premium content only. Everything with the exception of basic tracking and chats with other users is premium content only.

Love the app to track my cycles, but not so much for pregnancy. I’m further along than the app suggests and I can’t change it. Even after updating the due date it still doesn’t change. I had to download another app for my pregnancy.

I reviewed before that this app held information hostage behind a paywall and received a long winded developer reply explaining their choice to charge. While I understand that I don’t think I should be forced to have to tab through full-screen page after page of “sign up now for premium!” Ads before I’m able to access my free period tracker. Maybe I’m panicking that I’m late, and I need access to my information NOW. Maybe I’m at the doctors trying to get the start date of my last period, and we’re actively speaking to each other. Maybe I’m trying to quickly log a symptom while I’m working. I don’t need to be inundated with pleas for premium sign up every time I load this app. I try and tab through them as fast as I can I don’t even read the crap they’re saying to try and sell me something I’ve already repeatedly declined. If I changed my mind I know where to go to activate premium. I’m not going to change my mind though. And harassing me with these inescapable full screen sales pitches that I can’t just close is really starting to piss me off. I’m really over it at this point. I’m going to try and find something else to use. It’s a shame because I really liked this app before I had to pass through a gauntlet to get to the app itself. Very frustrating.
  • A scam

I wrote a review before but I forgot to mention the journey you take jotting down all of your symptoms and conditions only to stumble across a page that takes you to payment. But wait! There’s more, how lovely of you guys to give us TWO choices, paying for a month or paying for a year! Wow how generous -_-
  • great for younger girls!

i’m 15 now, but when i got this app a couple years ago i had so many questions about periods. i felt uncomfortable asking my mom or even my doctor which may sound silly, but i didn’t want them to think my questions were strange or funny. after downloading flo i realized that there were tons of other women and girls with questions just like mine. flo gave me advice and kept me informed about my body. on the app, u can read articles by other women about common questions. it’s very informative and i was honestly so impressed with the layout of the app. the cycle predictions are also pretty accurate. it’s important to track ur period to make sure ur healthy, so for my other girls out there i recommend flo!!
  • Subscription ads are annoying AF.

Stop trying to sell “feedback” and “period advice.” Google is free and this has gotten SO AGGRAVATING that I’m discontinuing use of this app all together.

Can you add more symptoms like oily skin (no acne), dry skin, leg pains, feeling fat and such. Also, definitely more moods 😂 sometimes I feel very dizzy on some days, I almost feel like I’ve taken some substance. And I realized that this happens on some days meybe related to lunar cycle, weather, or my body. Couldn’t figure it out. Adding this to the app would help me.
