    The app is buggy for my new phone and it is telling me to update the app even though it is on the latest but the app is very good to see what your kids are doing

    Works fine for a few weeks then stops working. No matter what I try I can never fix the issue. Uninstall. Reinstall. Restart. Still doesn’t work. For the cost m, you think it would be a little better. But nope. What a joke.
  • No history of visited and filtered websites

    This app used to show the histories of visited and filtered websites but for the past one year stopped showing the histories. I have reinstalled and restarted the app but the problem continues. I don’t recommend this app whatsoever.

    I have been using this 0paid App for 2 years and it’s worth. However, one fine day the contents will disappear and you need to set it again. It happen with me 3 times in 2 year and it will be disaster if you are controlling it via outside network. They should maintain their data in cloud so that recovery is easy.

    Was working great, now it says can’t find active subscription, I subscribed again, got charges twice and still does not allow me to use the premium features. Wish I could continue to use it, I loved it!

    I would like to allow traffic to Amazon echo devices but filter/block traffic to Amazon Prime Video. How do I do that? How do I block Xbox traffic and specifically Fortnite gaming? How do I block traffic to Peacock TV? Nervous Dad with teenage kids.
  • Cannot log in, money stolen by the app

    The app froze one of my kids’ username out of the network. It then prompted me to get a premium subscription. I thought mine must have expired but it had not. Somehow I ended up with two premium subscriptions, and the app has frozen me out altogether with about five of my devices frozen out of my network. There is no obvious way to contact support to get my subscription money back or even to log into my circle app.
  • Keeps charging me

    I canceled this subscription on 2020 and they still keep charging me. I have reported them multiple times. iTunes does refund me but this company is charging for services not being used and canceled bad business practices
