  • Ugh

    By Dewru
Tell me up front that the only useful feature - bedtime- costs money.
  • Does Not Work

    By knuckus
This product is very poor. It does not track my child's computer at all. It tracks my computer largely when it is on but am not using it. I am going to contact support & see if I can get it working for my child. However, so far, I plan to cancel the service.
  • Good stuff... but they need to rethink their premium service

    By CraigB from CA
The free app works well enough... but some of the features in the premium would make it much better. However, their is no way I am going to pay $50 per year on an ongoing basis for it. If it were a one time cost, I would consider it... but not on an ongoing basis. I am seeing this ongoing service fee model in a number of apps nowadays... not gonna get my business!
  • Time limit

Time limit usage requires subscription? That’s stupid

    By Robert Marty Ross
This product is malware. one thing this app doesn’t tell you is that is purposely slows down and breaks the internet to prevent your child from overusing it. But the thing is, this product slowly breaks your internet and WiFi making it slower, glitched, and higher ms per second. I got this for my kids and at first it worked, but my kids started complaining how the internet connection was really bad when they were able to use it. ALL THE OTHER GOOD REVIEWS WERE PLANTED.I had to pay $500 for a new router. Do not I repeat do not get this device
  • Not Happy

    By RoadRunnerSam
I am not happy for several reasons. I have tried to find the correct outlet, but the company has no customer feedback line as opposed to tech support. I feel like Netgear broadcasts Circle, but no information about what version of circle. Feels like bait and switch. I have an original circle, and all the features they want me to pay for now, we part of that circle. Be transparent. Feel free to contact me.
  • Cannot prevent ’smart’ kid

    By babylac-76
Smart kid will search google to get script to bypass the Circle. They will find way to go backdoor thru VPN or proxy. Circle needs to find way to prevent/detect device that try to circumvent the basic circle monitor and protection. For now we have to block internet 100% on those tweaked devices to keep it from access internet

  • Terrible Experience

    By mingxuca
Terrible application. Almost useless. And the application has problem to track correct devices.
  • Great! No more being awakened at 2 am.

    By Panoolie
This service came ready to go on my Orbi wifi device, compatible with my Netgear router that is compatible with Xfinity internet service in Seattle area. I’d never heard of the Circle app and thought it wouldn’t work. However, I was sick of being awakened by my teenage son at 2am on a school night, while he was still playing video games and yelling profanities. At first it was a little tricky figuring out which device was my son’s gaming laptop, but one I figured it out, I was golden and he was screwed. I was able to set different bedtimes for school nights and weekends, and give him extra time when he asked so he could finish a homework assignment. I was also able to instantly turn off internet to all his devices on an occasion when the situation warranted it. Impressive way for my son to get more secure boundaries, and I think he is secretly proud of me for using a bit of a high tech method.
