  • Why the change?

    By snky2k
We used to be able to see the upload and download speeds of individual devices on our networks, through this app. Now that information doesn't refresh until we go back to the previous screen, wait several seconds, and then return. Why? It was much better before.
  • Missing Just One Thing

Needs some kind of Notification Center.
  • Stay away from Eero

Amazon bait and switched us on these routers. They forced us into a $10 monthly subscription plan whose basic features should be free on a router. You’re better off buying a router from a different company now to avoid the $10 monthly charge
  • Internet gave out, eero sign in doesn’t work

    By ConsumerSlacktivist
I switched over to eero and this is the first time I’ve ever completely had my hands tied with my Wifi. Eero app is broken and won’t let me sign in with my Amazon account so I have no idea what’s going on. I’d rethink eero just because it is so contingent on an app that doesn’t work.
  • 2.4 GHz devices won’t connect

    By JLkamikaze
My 2.4 GHz devices all disconnected from my eero pro roughly 2 weeks ago and I can’t get them to reconnect. E.g. switchbot. Seems like the eero is more trouble than it’s worth. If you have a small apt, one router should be good enough.
  • Update is preventing me from accessing what I already had set up

    By Squirrel_Killer
I’ve been using the app for years to control my eero network, but after one of the recent updates won’t let me get into the settings anymore without setting up an “eero” account. Never needed one before. When I go to set up the account, it treats everything as if it’s completely new and doesn’t show me the settings that I wanted to change in the first place.
  • Great, Simple App. Don’t let other reviews sway you away.

    By Incitive
Everyone giving the Eero app 1 star probably doesn’t even know the difference between their modem and router. App works amazing and the simplicity is something I never experienced in routers. Setup was dead simple. Lack of user assessable toggles are a plus for me. I always drove myself crazy looking through the unsecured webpages of other manufacturers products looking for toggles to improve your Wi-Fi experience. All I’ve ever needed was port forwarding but of course the app has it, and luckily so far with these Eeros I have yet to experience and NAT issues like I have with every other router. Every small issue or question I ran into, I found a forum from eero explaining how to resolve something or just giving a general idea of why something is happening, and I love that. Even from how nice the Ethernet cable / cables feels, to setting these up, and the great packaging is small details that prove the care put into the product. I tried the Orbis just out of curiosity and being a nerd. But time and time again people seem to love Eeros support and transparency, unlike Orbi. Eeros are rock solid and provide coverage all around my house and in the yards. Super happy with the whole product.
  • Missing time restrictions

    By Miguelc89
Although the schedules are great, it would be better if I was able add a time limit on my kids electronics .
  • Adding a second device is an issue

    By Dr Mee
We have an EERO device connected to our network already. To add another device, the app says to simply disconnect the original device. The doesn’t work. The app simply keeps saying that the original device is offline and refuses to look for the new device - even when I reinstall the app on my phone. There has to be an easier more logical way than this
  • Great hardware, bad app

    By Funkmeistr
Very few issues with the Eero 6 Pro hardware - paywalled features aside. The app used to work but now won’t let me restart my network.
