    Sideline used to be at least a 4 Star when everything worked. Now I find myself not getting notifications for messages (unless I open the app and check). Receiving as well as sending texts have a slow delaying before it sends. Caller ID isn’t working (simply says “incoming call”). These are only the few problems that I’m facing while using this app.

    They went from $2.99 a month to $9.99 a month. that’s kind of steep in my book. Enjoyed it while it lasted. There’s no way I will pay that kind of money for this kind of service.Not only that, they bill you annually. You can get a second number from your provider cheaper than this.

    very bad application everything worked quite well and a few weeks ago you can no longer delete the ad messages which makes you have many messages without being able to delete I have reviewed the support steps and it says that maybe at the end of the year they can add that option to delete messages of ads, so I'll cancel my subscription

    I had the same issues as the last person the tech person actually googled to give me tech-support when I can Google the issue on my own I don’t feel like I really received any type of experienced tech service and there are no other apps with auto reply and I would really like auto reply and I missing business calls right now which means I’m missing money and that’s not acceptable so I’m not really sure what I’ll do because there’sIsn’t another app that provides auto replyI guess I’ll wait for an email which was their only resolution after they “googled my issue”Super disappointing

    The reason I give this a 1 star is because the instructions are unclear to how I can cancel my subscription. Maybe I will update it once I finally get it cancelled.

    I absolutely love this app, works smooth, I can use it in web browser mode which is absolutely perfect for when I don’t want too be switching back and forth between my phone and my computer, calls are high quality, and the app is organized well. My only two complaints is 1. I’d like the ability to make calls from my computer also rather than just my phone and 2. THE MOST IMPORTANT ONE...please, please bring all black dark mode to the iOS app! Other than that, great app for the price!

    I use this for work and get daily complaints from clients due to the extremely poor quality. Clients complain about phone calls breaking up. This adds considerable stress to my already-stressful job. I’m actively seeking a better solution to my need for a second phone line.

    Never synced up with my new cell. It’s been a year. They keep charging me and NOT forwarding my calls to my NEW cell. ZERO SUPPORT!
